We are focused on solving problems we believe are important problems for artists. The most trusted indicator of value is someone’s willingness to pay for it. Rather than making a free product that is just okay, we want to make a paid product that is excellent and absolutely world-class. Worth every penny plus more.
As a creator yourself, I’m sure you understand this.. Would you do your best work for free, or if you are compensated well to do it? The same apply to us.
Credits are the units you spend to activate and use the assistant that will generate images for you. The main benefit of this credit system is that you can choose your machine’s performance.
Some cloud computers cost $0.003/hour to rent while others cost $200.00/hour. By using credits, we let customers choose which performance vs. cost trade-off they want to make instead of choosing for them.
While technically anyone can use any tool, we do not recommend it. This assistant was specifically created to be a help to an artist. Therefore, we assume the user already has a strong understanding of how to create arts and this tool just helps them accomplish it faster. It cannot perform all core functions of an artist nor replace them.
You are the owner of that data. Every piece of art data you submit to our systems will remain in your ownership and the day you decide to cancel your membership, we will permanently erase the assets you uploaded as well as the AI models created from those assets within 14 days from account termination.
We will also send you a certificate of completion once it’s done to your email.
This may differ by nation but according to US copyright law, where we are headquartered, then answer is no. A copyright violation would mean that you are using someone else’s art and earning income from it without approval from its owner.
Since the images that come out of the generator are all based on your own art, there is no basis upon which you could be considered a violator.
We understand the skepticism. It’s good to be questioning and how we solved this issue is what makes us special.
We use an advanced technique in Machine Learning called “fine-tuning” which is a destructive process that causes the model to forget what it has learned to be specifically tailored to your use case.

Although generative AI has yet to be legislated directly, the more likely answer is no. Copyright law protects the public usage of copyrighted content for commercial purposes, not their consumption by computer systems. (See court case ruling for reference)
Furthermore, the US Copyright Office has a doctrine of “Fair Use” which allows the liberal use copyrighted content for the sake of freedom of expression. Historically, the US Justice System tends to be more lenient than strict thus the courts are likely to decide to allow free consumption during training but restricted usage after generation.

No, we do not allow you to use someone else’s art to generate anything with our AI tools. Every time a new user signs up and creates a new assistant, we ask them to provide ownership verification over the assets they are submitting. If you are an artist or studio working with a client, we will request for evidence of the transaction (such as client contract, invoices, emails) Accounts who fail to pass verification will not be activated.
In the few instances we do it, we make it explicitly clear that it’s for educational and demo purposes only. We do not allow any customer to do the same.
